Returns Policy:

  1. No Change of Mind Returns:
    Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please choose your products carefully and ensure they meet your needs before completing your purchase.
  2. No Returns on Digital Products:
    All sales of digital products are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for digital items under any circumstances.
  3. Change of Size Returns:
    If you need to exchange an item for a different size, you may do so within 30 days of the purchase date. The item must be in its original, re-sellable condition, including all packaging and tags. Customers are responsible for covering the return postage costs. To initiate a size exchange, please contact our customer service team for a Return Authorization (RA) number and further instructions.
  4. Manufacturing Defects:
    We stand behind the quality of our products. If you encounter any manufacturing defects within 6 months of the purchase date, we will exchange the defective item for the same product. To report a manufacturing defect and arrange an exchange, please contact our customer service team with your order details and a description of the defect.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange:

  2. Include the RA number with your return shipment and ensure the item is securely packaged.
  3. Ship the item to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your exchange or address the reported defect promptly.
